James Draper

Migrations, particularly in the areas of Mail Hosting and Data & Server Infrastructure have been a strong focus of the work James has done in recent years.  He has vast experience with clients looking to move from Physical to Virtual environments as well as to Cloud solutions.  

With the ever-increasing success of Microsoft’s Office 365 offerings James has lead dozens of successful projects for clients of all sizes with a wide variety of bespoke requirements from a myriad of sources and including many thousands of users. 

 James has been consulting predominantly in internet-related technologies with a large part of his career being Infrastructure Lead for an Internet Banking platform for one of the ‘Big Four’ Clearing Banks.  The challenge of implementing secure, stable, resilient, high-speed, user-centric systems was a key attraction in accepting this undertaking.  

James joined 42ci in August 2019.  After an initial background providing technical support for a local Trust and Law firm he obtained an Honours Degree in Computer Network Management at Southampton Solent University. 

Since , obtaining his degree, and having obtained further industry qualifications, James has significantly increased the range of his experience and is now often engaged to help with large user volume IT challenges.
